Documentation: Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and maintain organized digital files. Develop strong documentation skills for efficient data storage. Customer Support: Communicate with clients and teams via email, chat, and phone as needed. Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication. Research Assistance: Support with gathering information and summarizing findings when required. Offer research assistance to gather relevant information. General Admin: Assist with ad-hoc administrative and support tasks as assigned. Perform various administrative tasks efficiently.
