Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of HR Manager, who will be responsible for building and scaling our HR functions across LATAM countries. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR tasks such as driving HR initiatives, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. They will support managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams. Additionally, they will organize company events. The HR Manager will report to the HR Lead and work collaboratively with other members of the organization. Responsibilities: Work closely with the LATAM HR People Partner to build and maintain excellent relationships with employees. Coordinate and administer day-to-day employee life cycle functions, including on-boarding, off-boarding, adaptation, and orientation programs. Develop and implement different HR initiatives for the LATAM region.
