As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in Brazil and building long-term client relationships. Your role will involve prospecting and generating new business with mid- to large-sized enterprises, building and leveraging a professional network, and presenting and positioning IDP's services effectively. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Collaboration with leadership is key to aligning sales strategies with company objectives. You will also be responsible for reporting on pipeline progress, forecast accuracy, and market insights, as well as acting as an IDP brand ambassador in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology, outsourcing/body shop, or recruitment/BPO services. A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
