Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize market coverage and penetration. Drive business growth through the identification and cultivation of new customers, distributors, and channel partners. Cultivate and manage key customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Analyze market trends, conduct cost and price assessments, and develop competitive strategies. Sellers training programs to enhance team capabilities. Prepare and present accurate reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in sales or related roles. Proficient in spoken and written English and Portuguese. Advanced Office skills.
