We're seeking a driven sales professional to join our team in LATAM. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through advanced sales tactics and building strong relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities Your primary focus will be on cultivating new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with targeted accounts. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to understand prospects' needs and identify software opportunities that align with their initiatives. Maintain high call volumes daily to generate qualified opportunities each month. Develop leads in cold and warm prospect accounts to drive pipeline growth. Gather prospects' needs and understand their initiatives to discover new software opportunities. Develop and deliver product presentations to showcase the value of our comprehensive enterprise asset management (EAM) software solutions. Participate in account development, prospect profiling, and sales cycles to contribute to the overall success of our LATAM sales team. Requirements To excel in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese to effectively communicate with clients. High-energy self-starters with quick learning skills to adapt to changing market conditions. 1+ years of cold calling experience preferred, but not required. Ambition to grow and build a career in sales with a passion for delivering exceptional results. Ability to resonate with prospects and detect needs to drive sales success. Positive phone skills and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
