Technical SAP Cutover Manager Our organization is seeking a Technical SAP Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and project management offices (PMOs) to successfully execute the go-live of a global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness and completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities. Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables. Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare. Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards. Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through meetings, emails, and project documents. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role. Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more) and their integration points. Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
