On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for our Account Manager for OTT customers.

This is an experienced sales person who works with customers and account executives to develop strategies that deliver business results based on a deep understanding of industry customer needs, industry trends and available offerings.

Responsibility Description:

• Take charge of market insight, customer relationship development and sales to local OTT customers, especially in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina markets.

• Help customers succeed, achieve rapid growth in sales, and ensure the achievement of marketing and sales goals.

• Be responsible for end-to-end client satisfaction and help customers successfully purchase company equipment’s and achieve their business success.

• Discuss with CXO and technical decision makers, with clear objectives and success criteria.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+years of experience as an account manager in IT, CT or cloud sales projects, and have successful sales cases of industry ICT experience working with large projects.
  • Strong Sales and negotiation experience. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Understanding of major ICT products such as Datacom, optical, storage, LTE/5G, among other technical background and familiarity with hardware vendor solutions.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese is preferred.
