Job Title: Manager, Corporate Development We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate development efforts. This role involves building and maintaining strong strategic business relationships that ultimately lead to the acquisition of software companies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales position, preferably in a software company or client-facing M&A/finance role. They should possess advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and executive presence to engage with CEOs, M&A advisors, and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and managing an M&A pipeline, creating market maps to build strong relationships, meeting and exceeding monthly M&A targets, and working autonomously and collaboratively with M&A leadership to qualify opportunities. At least 3+ years of experience in a business development/sales position Clear interest in developing long-term relationships with prospects Previous high-performance in business development, winning in an autonomous role Advanced verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours Benefits: This role offers occasional in-person travel, primarily performed remotely. The ideal candidate should be proactive, with a sense of urgency, and possess an extraordinary work ethic. Other Requirements: Occasional in-person travel may include Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and/or Peru.
