Descrição

Gerenciar uma equipe de Sales Managers & Sales Engineers;Identificar oportunidades para expansão de mercado;Manutenção de carteira de clientes já existente;Promover os produtos e serviços da empresa para os contatos apropriados dos clientes das contas e territórios atribuídos;Gerir as contas atribuídas de forma profissional e eficiente, consistente com as boas práticas técnicas de vendas;Preparar análises detalhadas das contas, incluindo histórico de vendas, vendas atuais e previsões para cada conta atribuída;Manter registros precisos e atualizados sobre contas atribuídas e possíveis atividades de novas contas;Apoiar e cumprir as políticas, valores e objetivos estratégicos da Empresa, bem como os objetivos e procedimentos do departamento de vendas;Manter sólido conhecimento dos concorrentes da Empresa, sua oferta de serviços e atividades contínuas no território designado;Comunicar-se regularmente com a gestão de vendas e, quando necessário, desenvolver e implementar planos de ação para garantir que as contas sejam retidas na Empresa.

Perfil desejável

Graduação em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comercial na indústria marítima e/ou B2C;Inglês fluente é mandatório;Espanhol avançado é um diferencial;Boas habilidades organizacionais e analíticas, bem como capacidade de motivar e comunicar de forma eficaz com a equipe;Responsável pela manutenção da carteira de clientes já existente;Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação fora de horário comercial.
