Buscando para nosso quadro um ESPECIALISTA CRM/ CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Efetuar análise de dados, relatórios e acompanhamento de métricas. Monitoramento de KPIs de resultado: Aquisição (meta de FTDs), Conversão (meta de conversão de Registros para FTD), Retenção (meta de usuários ativos). Irá desenvolver réguas de relacionamento e regras de negócios para todos os grupos de usuários, nas diferentes jornadas dos usuários na plataforma: Comunicação de promoções, bônus e condições especiais. Realizar Integração com o time de atendimento ao usuário para alinhar comunicações e réguas de relacionamento. Desejável conhecimento no mercado Betting.
