Technical Support – Application Migration – Cloud - Apigee
What you’ll do
The Application Migration Technical Support L3 is responsible for providing technical support to Partners during the Apigee application migration process. This includes assisting them with migration, troubleshooting, providing training materials and guidance for successful experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google suite and system, as well as background with technical support on application migration and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to Google Cloud Partners as they migrate their customers from Apigee to new & advance platform.
- Work closely with the Migration Program manager and assist partners during the Apigee migration process.
- Work with Partners to understand their migration needs and troubleshoot their concerns during migration.
- Assist users with data, and reports on the issue types.
- Work with the Application Migration team to develop and implement migration support plans.
- Provide Partner feedback and sentiments to ensure they are functioning properly after migration.
- Document and maintain migration procedures and processes SOP.
- Support Partners on how to use the new applications after migration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Languages: Advanced English,
- Background in Technical support domains.
- Strong understanding of Google suite and operating systems.
- Experience with application migration concepts and processes.
- Understanding of cloud migration is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
