**1st Line Support Operator for the LATAM area (remote)**

Full time, remote work

**Ailet** develops innovative technology, providing «Eyes in the store» for CPG brands and retailers by turning in-store images into insights. The data produced is extremely valuable as it generates a single source of truth for the physical world of Retail, allowing to manage sales process efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for the 1st Line Support Operator for the LATAM area to make our team stronger. The 1st Line performs basic user support and re-ticketing. The main task of the 1st Line Support Operator (LATAM) is to handle user requests in Spanish and Portuguese.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consultation of service users (technical specialists of clients-customers, internal users);
- Setting up the service;
- Replay errors and search for bugs, incident handling;
- Setting up integration between the service and the system of external clients;
- Working with requests: monitoring, informing users about changes, compliance with SLA.
- Handing over unsolved requests to the specialists of the 2nd line of support.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of **English** language, oral and written (B2 and higher);
- Knowledge of **Spanish and/or Portuguese **languages (native or fluent);
- Understanding of IT basics;
- 1-2 years of experience communicating with users in Technical Support or a similar position;
- Ability to work in a team.

**Will be a plus**:

- Experience in IT product company;
- Technical background: understanding the principles of DB, integrations, the ability to read logs;
- Understanding the processes of FMCG \ trading networks in the field of sales and marketing, sales execution.
- Higher technical education;
- Russian language skills.
