ATIVIDADES DA VAGA:

  • Manter relacionamento com grandes clientes, visando o sucesso e engajamento dos usuários em nosso software;
  • Realizar reuniões estratégicas, guiar cliente, monitorar KPIs e gerar relatórios de operação;
  • Elaborar relatórios de desempenho e materiais de engajamento para ser compartilhado com clientes;
  • Elaborar e personalizar painéis de indicadores que serão disponibilizados na conta dos clientes da carteira;
  • Apresentar e comercializar novos módulos a clientes da base com o intuito de ampliar o valor gerado ao cliente (upsell);
  • Identificar marcos de sucesso, identificar e solucionar gargalos junto aos clientes e a equipe de Customer Success e Atendimento ao Cliente;
  • Ministrar treinamentos pontuais e conduzir reuniões junto aos clientes;
  • Dar apoio ao processo de reimplantação do cliente, reengajando usuários com a plataforma;
  • Propor estratégias para a melhoria contínua da área de Customer Success;
  • Compartilhar boas práticas entre os clientes de forma a gerar valor além da plataforma;
  • Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios junto aos clientes;
  • Ser a voz do cliente em reuniões internas, trazendo suas dores e demandas.
Carga horária: 40 horas semanais (segunda à sexta-feira)

Modelo híbrido:3x por semana no escritório, 2x home office.
