Street Diligence is seeking an experienced client-facing professional to manage and grow our client relationships through renewals and upsells. This role’s focus also includes relationship management, understanding client needs, and day-to-day execution. As the point of contact for key client stakeholders, the Account Manager has the ultimate goal of increasing revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, finding new opportunities, and driving mutual success for Street Diligence and our clients. By establishing strong, trusted relationships with existing clients and aligning their vision and priorities with Street Diligence, you will successfully achieve renewal and upsell objectives.

Responsibilities for Account Manager:

  • Create and execute strategic growth plans for a growing book of business through renewals and upsells
  • Actively monitor and drive usage across clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to improve overall client engagement while identifying and converting upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, user satisfaction and overall client health
  • Collect client feedback to develop actionable insights for enhancing the value of our products.
  • Work with clients to negotiate contract renewals and upsells.
  • Actively maintain accurate and up-to-date activities and client information in the CRM

This role is for you if you are/have:

  • BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management with a history of driving revenue and retaining existing business, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and history of navigating internal customer structures
  • A goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker
  • Shown creative problem-solving approach
