Oportunidade para ser um Cooperado Koopere prestando serviços em uma Startup de Software e Tecnologia. 

O (a) Account Manager terá uma atuação inbound/farmer, fazendo a gestão de carteira de clientes, atuando com relacionamento, entendendo suas necessidades e objetivos, buscando garantir a satisfação contínua (retenção) e identificando oportunidades de crescimento de receita (expansão).

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestão de renovação de +licenças/contratos;
  • Identificação de oportunidades de expansão na base de clientes.
  • Comunicação eficaz com os clientes para entender e atender às suas necessidades.
  • Atendimento às demandas de clientes.
  • Desenvolvimento e manutenção de relacionamento com os clientes.
  • Resolução de reclamações e monitoramento de processos para melhorar a experiência do cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior em Comunicação/Administração/Marketing;
  • Experiência com vendas complexas/consultivas, gestão de carteira, preferencialmente em tecnologia;
  • Habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de construir relacionamentos duradouros.
  • Aptidão para resolver problemas e gerenciar conflitos.
  • Conhecimento geral sobre plataformas de CRM/tarefas projetos;
  • Conhecimento em Vendas: Gestão, metodologias, indicadores;
  • Experiência na área comercial/CS;
  • Ser uma pessoa curiosa, pró-ativa e apaixonada por tecnologia;
  • Perfil Farmer.
