After Market Service Kind of contract Job ID (1): Job Scope YOUR MISSION Be the focal point about Application Process in DiaSorin Brasil with strong technical knowledge and strong product knowledge to raise the level of customer service for current customers and new customers, generating customer loyalty as well as leveraging the current portfolio.

Main Responsibilities YOUR TOP CONTRIBUTIONS Strong technical knowledge.

Strong product knowledge, capable to manage 120 products Maximize customer retention rates by ensuring customer satisfaction in the proactively way Know DiaSorin's products, services, market and customers to be able to provide sales support generating business results Responsible of the main accounts in terms of applications Drive efficient implementation of new products through deep product knowledge and execution.

Assist product evaluation/trials/study for key customers and reference sites Ensure all pending and repeating troubleshooting calls are managed and solved promptly Conducts operator and application training for customers and internal staff, if necessary Provide remote and on-site technical and troubleshooting support for customers, if necessary Develop, prepare and update training syllabus and literature materials for effective training via feedback from internal and external customers Prepare training reagents and samples for in-house training and product demonstration Ensure that our existing customer & new customer base are supported with quality service in a planned and pro-active manner Keep updated all reports and all administrative responsibilities to ensure compliance Manage the stakeholder's activities, contributing ethically and technically in the presentation of DiaSorin products Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility YOU Education: Bachelor's in Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical or Bio Engineering

Specialization:
Post graduation in Biotechnology's areas is desirable.

Experience:
Prior experience in Application Area

Skills:

Ability to lead the dialogue with customers Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Familiar with process excellence and best practices High commitment, self-motivation and high level of energy and focus to make things High level of product knowledge Knowledge of the laboratories process flow and validation process Problem solving capability Proved Sales capabilities in IVD or Medical Device industry Well-organized, ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Travel availability: Yes, more than 75% of the time.
