Responsabilidades:


Você fará parte do Acquisition Squad, o time responsável pela expansão das operações da FindMe no mercado, composto por profissionais de marketing e vendas.

Nele você será responsável por qualificar leads inbound, montar listas para prospecção outbound, construir cadências e realizar prospecção outbound, buscando sempre a melhor qualidade para a passagem para os account executives, otimizando o processo de vendas;

E juntos traçaremos um plano de desenvolvimento individual para que você possa evoluir seus conhecimentos em prospecção, vendas e gestão de negócios, construindo uma carreira em vendas de alta performance

Requirements:
Ser apaixonado(a) por aprender, por negócios e pessoas;Atitude empreendedora;AntifragilidadeMindset de crescimentoOrganizado(a) e autogerenciável;Conhecimento em Funil de Vendas;Experiência com ferramentas de CRM;Experiência com Outbound e prospecção de clientes;Experiência Inside SalesDesired Skills:

Conhecimento em técnicas de persuasão;Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação;Experiência prévia como BDR e/ou SDR, preferencialmente no segmento de tecnologia;Experiência com ferramentas de construção de listas.
