About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Remote Growth Partners. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospective clients using targeted lead lists and a call script provided by the company, with a minimum of 250 dials per day conducted at optimal times for live connection.
  • Develop engaging conversation starters, hooks, and talking points tailored to each client's focus, and ask questions in a way that feels natural and helpful.
  • Conduct deep needs discovery and understand the individual's needs and challenges, connecting their needs to the value of our services.
  • Uncover objections and help the prospect address their own objections related to price, time commitment, and fit.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and how they can address the prospect's specific situation.
  • Skillfully guide the conversation toward a successful sales outcome.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor throughout all interactions.
  • Effectively manage your time to maximize call volume and productivity.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for new client acquisitions.
  • Accurately record call data in the CRM system.
  • Continuously learn and refine your sales techniques through coaching and feedback.
  • Provide near real-time feedback to the management team about market insights gleaned from client conversations.
