The Team and Role:

The Online Sales Team is a passionate group of dedicated people always trying to exceed goals and sales performance, but more importantly, focused on the company values and long term relationships with customers.

We are looking for an engaged leader who is able to bring the most new and innovative knowledge to our market and local accounts.

You will report to the Online Sales Manager and be responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship between Logitech and assigned Online customers. You will also manage and develop relationships with online clients (Etailers) who generate significant revenue for our online business unit. You will drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through Logitech categories with designated key accounts including maintaining ongoing relationships with actual customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other teams within the organization to meet sales targets.

In this role you will:

Accountable for the performance of Online Key Accounts, achieving assigned targets for strategic objectives.
-
Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned customer accounts.
-
Develop the business by identifying and accelerating all opportunities within key channels and customer portfolios.
-
Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives coordinate country campaigns with your selected accounts and execute with excellence.
-
Co-define (alongside the Sales Manager), implement, and refine scalable and efficient ways to maximize growth opportunities and share in all of Logitech's categories.
-
Work closely with the digital marketing team to implement and execute marketing activities with excellence, commitment and teamwork efficiency.

Ensure a quarterly key metrics activity and execution plan.
-
Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results.
-
Set up an efficient forecast process to drive predictable revenue growth.
-
Co-define (alongside the Sales Manager), manage and control the budget per Partner/Account.
-
Anticipate market changes to drive new, relevant solutions to customers.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:


  • Strong communication skills (verbally and in writing) and fluency in both Portuguese and English.
-
Previous sales experience in enterprise-size companies. Demonstrated success in managing content for major etail customers or similar.
-
Working cooperatively and harmoniously with the existing Logitech marketing and product marketing teams - learning from and leveraging resources where appropriate.

Possess a deep understanding of product retail sales and operations processes including:


  • Forecast experience analysis
-
Sales cycle (including product launch; data analysis and dashboard updates)
-
Order tracking, scheduling, and merchandise delivery processes.
-
Knowledge across online marketing tools.
-
Excellent negotiation skills.
-
Defining, implementing, and refining scalable and efficient ways to maximize growth opportunities and share in all of Logitech's categories.
-
Management of yearly and quarterly sales and marketing plans to achieve targets.
-
Present Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and leadership.
-
Developing sales incentives and activities to help drive results.
-
Analytical, structured, highly driven and solution oriented person.
-
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-
Ability to build strategic relationships.
-
Strong project management skills with attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload and change direction urgently to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of marketing asset classes such as A+ product page management and hands on understanding of Vendor Central.

Familiarity with ecommerce channels and digital marketing background.
-
Understands basic Web analytics and is able to report syndicated Web stats monthly.
