The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:

  • Responsible for Importation Compliance, ensuring department procedures in accordance updated Regulation, attending Customs Calls and external Audit;
  • Development and execution of strategic international logistics planning door to door shipments, Indicating the best logistics strategy with feasibility study for projects, with the interface of legal, tax, procurement and accounting;
  • Contract analysis/ advisory for Special Tax Regimes of Importation to Brazil such as Repetro-Sped, Temporary admission, tax exemption, supporting project and procurement team in project (exploration and production projects);
  • Develop and improve process workflow, in accordance with Equinor management system, applicable regulations and best practices;
  • Identify, analyze and followup deviations within the area of responsibility. Be able to find and address root causes;
  • Technical Responsible of Customs broker and Freight Forwarder Contract
  • Create and followup SLA (Service Level Agreement) towards Contractors;
  • Define and Create followup report to monitor key operational indicators;
  • Work independently to provide specialist support to address issues with business impact;
  • Identify opportunities to contribute to your area's commercial success and are responsible for identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

For this position, we are also looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in one of the following: Business, International Relations, Engineering or Law;
  • From 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience within International Logistics;
  • Strong Knowledge of Tax legislation and benefits such as Repetro-Sped legislation and contract advisory and others Brazilian special regimes applied to Oil & Gas area;
  • Foreign trade payments knowledge;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written);
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365);
  • Experience with data analysis, dashboards, SAP and Power BI will be consider a differential;
  • Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
