Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?
- Gerir projetos com adoção das melhores práticas de mercado visando a melhoria contínua;
- Orientar a equipe na execução de suas atividades;
- Centralizar demandas junto aos gestores do cliente;
- Controlar cronogramas e emitir todos os documentos da Metodologia de Gestão de Projetos do cliente;
- Gerir projetos utilizando metodologias ágeis como scrum e kanban;
- Elaborar o Plano de Gerenciamento de Projeto contendo: Declaração de Escopo do Projeto; Estrutura Analítica de Projeto; Cronograma detalhado; Plano de comunicação;
- Plano de Riscos.
- Gerir, distribuir e acompanhar a execução das atividades;
- Sugerir, medir e acompanhar indicadores;
- Criar gráficos e relatórios dinâmicos periódicos para suporte a tomada de decisão, e identificação de pontos de melhorias;
- Negociar prazos com as gerências envolvidas;
- Zelar pelo cumprimento dos prazos
O que esperamos que você possua?
- Formação superior ou pósgraduação: Engenharia (Computação, Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecânica, Controle e Automação, Petróleo e Gás, Materiais, Produção, Naval, Telecomunicações, Química) Ciências da Computação, Sistemas da Informação, Análise de Sistemas, matemática, estatística
- 3 anos de experiência atuando como Analista de Projetos
- Conhecimento avançado teórico e prático em gerenciamento de projetos (PMI), COBIT e ITIL;
- Conhecimentos das normas ISA-IEC 62443, ISA 95, NIST80082, NIST-CSF, NERC-CIP e ISO/IEC 27001;
- Implantação, gerenciamento de atividades e gestão de equipe utilizando metodologias ágeis scrum e kanban;
- Análise de risco para projetos de segurança cibernética;
- Análise de dados, geração de gráficos e relatórios dinâmicos;
- Microsoft Power BI
Formação
Formação superior ou pós-graduação em Engenharia (Computação, Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecânica, Controle e Automação, Petróleo e Gás, Materiais, Produção, Naval, Telecomunicações, Química), Ciências da Computação, Sistemas da Informação, Análise de Sistemas, Matemática, Estatística, Administração de Empresas.
