Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos em busca de um Account Manager com pelo menos 7 anos de experiência para se juntar à nossa equipe em São Paulo. O candidato ideal será responsável pela gestão de contas estratégicas, com um foco especial em contratos de alto valor, no desenvolvimento de relacionamentos com executivos de nível C (C-level) e expansão de base.

Responsabilidades:

Gerenciar e expandir um portfólio de contas estratégicas;

Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes, especialmente com executivos de nível CISO;

Colaborar com as equipes internas para garantir a satisfação dos clientes e o sucesso das implementações de soluções;

Acompanhar o andamento dos contratos, e interagir com as diferentes áreas do cliente, para oferecer recomendações estratégicas para base de clientes;

Participar de reuniões e apresentações de vendas, além de elaborar propostas e relatórios detalhados;

Responsável pela renovação de contratos existentes, garantindo a continuidade dos serviços;

Entender o portfólio de soluções da Apura e identificar novas oportunidades de negócios nos clientes da base, desenvolvendo novas oportunidades nas contas de atuação, promovendo a expansão dos negócios por meio de estratégias de upsell e cross-sell.

Requisitos mandatórios:

Morar em São Paulo-SP (capital);

Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência comprovada em gestão de contas no setor de cyber segurança;

Habilidade para desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com executivos de nível C;

Conhecimento técnico básico de segurança cibernética;

Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação;

Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe;

Experiência em venda direta para grandes clientes com mapeamento da conta e do processo de contratação, posicionamento da oferta, priorização, escalation e condução de todo processo (do primeiro contato, à realização de demonstração, prova de conceito, negociação comercial e fechamento);

Experiência no uso e gestão das oportunidades em CRM;

Ser ótimo(a) negociador(a);

Proativo(a) e organizado(a);

Perfil farmer.

Diferenciais:

Inglês fluente;

Espanhol fluente;

Experiência em venda de soluções de Cyber Threat Intelligence;

Experiência em atuação em fabricantes de segurança cibernética ou soluções de antifraude.
