We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, and we're looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with government clients and driving growth in assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the total customer relationship, responsible for revenue, wallet share, customer satisfaction, and driving growth in assigned government accounts.
- Maintain executive relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Lead account planning and opportunity identification, conduct opportunity prioritization, and develop overall account plans for assigned government accounts.
- Plan, facilitate, and/or conduct sales negotiations for assigned government accounts.
- Identify complex problems and work with other functions and/or team members to generate and coordinate solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working in the government sector.
- Experience as an Account Manager.
- Able to work in a hybrid format.
