Your main responsibilities:

Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and expand our customer base.

Develop and standardize sales processes, transforming the sales area into an efficient and scalable machine, with the adoption of OKRs and CRM.

Analyze and manage the entire sales cycle through data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, maintaining a focus on quantitative goals.

Understand and optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel, from lead generation to signatures.

Coordinate marketing content and branding strategies to strengthen the brand presence and increase market recognition.

Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand messaging, standardizing the company's image across all channels and materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team and suppliers to develop creative and effective digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth.

Coordinate the events area, using it as a strategic tool for lead generation, networking and authority creation. Manage proprietary events as well as sponsorships and collab opportunities.

Lead and develop both operations, providing continuous feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing constant training to ensure the formation of high-performance sales and marketing teams.

Report directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge in B2B/SaaS sales processes.

Extensive experience in managing sales funnels, sales processes, data analysis and performance metrics.

Branding and Content Marketing management.

Experience with digital Campaigns

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, capable of making informed decisions to achieve results.

Customer-oriented mindset and results focus, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and business growth.

Negotiation techniques.

Extensive experience in leading sales and marketing teams, demonstrating the ability to develop and motivate talents.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing decision-makers and building strong relationships.

Prerequisites:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.

Post-graduation in Business Management, Sales and Negotiation Management, Innovation and Market Strategies, Commercial Management, Strategic Marketing, or related fields.

Fluent in English. Advanced Spanish is desirable.

Progressive experience in sales and marketing, holding an executive leadership position for 4 years.
