To date, our partners in the field have been using our system to report the operation and doing so, helps Bayer to capture the value of the usage it's technology.

In this role, you will leverage what has been learned through the past seasons which have been run engaging with partners throughout the customer journey, to design and help build a set of digital features that will enable the business to run.

This set of products, and this role, are pivotal to Bayer' vision of the future of Value Capture and Barter specific programs.

We believe that building a delightful, useful and with business value suite of feature for our customers and employees/back office is how we'll achieve enormous scale of efficient user experience.


YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Envision and design all aspects of the user experience of Bayer's brand customer and employee facing digital products.

  • Design and deliver user experience narratives and workflows, and user interface elements and design systems for use by developers/engineers in product development;
  • Guide product design processes to enhance existing product features and to invent new highvalue features and capabilities;
  • As a key member of the Product organization, work alongside product strategists and product managers, and executive + crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure valuable, viable, usable & feasible product design deliverables are created and utilized successfully;
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering and technical teams to make sure our product design isn't just buildable, but continuously and easily improvable;
  • Elevate the product design function/team with "product culture" in mind by creating world class design, research, and production processes;
  • Help develop and implement modern, cuttingedge design practices;
  • Identify and engage in continuous learning opportunities to elevate the design function;
  • Support the digital product team in defining goals, signals, and metrics;
  • Facilitate digital product discovery and conceptual design workshops design sprints, journey mapping, codesign with digital product stakeholders from IT and business;
  • Iteratively test these concepts with customers and share key findings with your team;
  • Use evidencebased research to influence strategic decisions.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

  • Complete degree in graphic design, visual arts, web design, Advertising (the course is not restrictive);
  • Experience in digital product design;
