We're hiring remote sales professionals in Latin America for our US Clients. Our clients are various lead generation agencies and remote inside sales teams based in the US.

This is a full-time remote, English-speaking role for a Sales Development Representative. The SDR will engage in outbound prospecting for potential clients in the US. The primary goal is to schedule introductory meetings for the Account Executives (AEs).

The pay range is between $1,750 - $2,500 per month + Commission

About the role

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. The SDR will engage with potential clients, generate leads, conduct sales activities, and contribute to business development efforts. The role will involve daily tasks such as prospecting, qualifying leads, making outbound calls and emails, using LinkedIn, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Daily Tasks

  1. Research accounts and identify key players using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc..
  2. Create sequences using outreach tools like Reply, SalesLoft, etc..
  3. Write cold messaging
  4. Cold Calls & follow-ups
  5. Schedule intro calls for AEs
  6. Enter data into the CRM
  7. Work with the team to create plans for accounts & campaigns

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of work experience in B2B Sales
  2. Fluent in English (full professional proficiency)
  3. Experience in outbound prospecting via cold email, cold calling, & LinkedIn
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently and remotely
  6. Candidates must be based in Latin America

Additional skills we'd like to see (not required)

  1. Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc...)
  2. Experience with lead databases (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc...)
  3. Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc...)
