  • Planejar, realizar e coordenar eventos e patrocínios de marca com estratégia em âmbito nacional considerando os objetivos de negócio e o foco em ESG;
  • Desenvolver e implementar ativações que proporcionem experiências de marca, produtos e serviços para reforçar posicionamento e valores, criando uma relação positiva do cliente com a empresa;
  • Coordenar ações trabalhando de forma integrada entre os canais e identificando oportunidades e sinergia entre as iniciativas;
  • Gerir o orçamento da área: planejamento e defesa do orçamento anual e revisões, controle mensal dos gastos;
  • Realizar e gerenciar todos os steps para realização de projetos incentivados: desde interface com proponente para apresentação de proposta, até alinhamento e aprovação de saldo com área financeira e interface com agência de Projetos Incentivados para correta entrega da documentos;
  • Elaborar relatórios e fazer busca de dados relevantes para a organização e definir projetos de eventos preparando o plano logístico e organizacional (por exemplo, localização, calendário de eventos, etc.);
  • Gerenciar a execução de eventos e patrocínios, inclusive com acompanhamento in loco das entregas;
  • Realizar os steps para aprovação das demandas: elaboração de apresentações e defesas internas (diretoria), acompanhamento dos retornos e controles internos para Auditoria e Compliance;
  • Selecionar fornecedores e gerenciar as suas relações, com o apoio das funções competentes;
  • Prospectar novas oportunidades de eventos/ patrocínios/ ativações alinhados com a estratégia da marca;
  • Estabelecer e utilizar KPIs para medir o retorno das ações;
  • Acompanhar resultados para medição de sucesso e geração de insights.

Experiência, conhecimentos e formação:

  • Experiência atuando em áreas como marketing e comunicação;
  • Conhecimento em premissas de marketing;
  • Conhecimento sobre premissas e aplicação de ferramentas de sustentabilidade em eventos;
  • Experiência e conhecimento em Metodologias e técnicas de event organization e management;
  • Experiência no planejamento e realização de eventos de médio e grande porte;
  • Experiência e conhecimento em criação de cronogramas, apresentações e relatórios de pósvenda;
  • Budget Management;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Formação superior completa em Comunicação Social, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
