Delivery Pro, and looking for an experienced account manager.

This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Please notice that CVs in English will be considered primarily.

What you will do:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship; Provide customer oriented service to key accounts; Customize strategies to optimize retention of the clients; Conduct market research to understand how to improve current processes and what could be implemented; Create loyalty programs to ensure client satisfaction and engagement; Solve clients' inquiries, questions, concerns in a proactive manner; Database management to keep track of key performance indicators for the assigned accounts; Refining of sales strategies for new clients acquisition; Cooperate with other companies to enable partnerships growth; Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies; Promote the product to potential clients

What we expect from you:

  • 24 years of experience as a key account manager/customer success representative is required; Experience in B2B sales is required; Strong commercial and sales skills; Knowledge of the local service market Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; Time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills; English on a professional level is required
