RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop And Maintain Effective Working Relationships:
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and visitors
    • Establish and maintain effective communications with colleagues, external visitors, and supervisors
    • Carry out accurate and effective work handovers
  • Works:
    • Conduct internal and external equipment inspection as required
    • Ensure full compliance with regulations
    • Keep all inspection and equipment data book updated
    • Produce reports of equipment inspection
    • Follow external audits and report status
    • Coordinate subcontractors' work on board
  • Contribute to The Health and Safety of the Working Environment:
    • Keep work area clean and hazard-free
    • Take action to stop hazards and unsafe behaviors
    • Raise alarms when necessary
    • Report all incidents to the supervisor
  • Monitor And Maintain Pollution Control Measures:
    • Identify and halt unplanned discharges
    • Segregate and dispose of waste properly
  • Perform Emergency Response Role:
    • Carry out Emergency Response role
    • Demonstrate competence during ER drills and exercises
    REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

  • Experience working as an Equipment Inspector
  • Equipment Inspection qualification
  • Thickness Measurement and Liquid Penetrant qualifications
  • Advanced English language skills

Desirable:

  • Experience and knowledge in offshore operations
  • Experience working at SPIE

It's a Plus:

  • Magnetic particles and/or Welding Inspector N1 or N2 qualifications

Personal Skills:

  • Personal: Conscientious, safe, capable of positive action and performance
  • Leadership: Good level of teamwork and safety behavior

Sufficient ability in written and spoken English for safe work handovers and Emergency Response

Scale: 14X14 days

Vessel: floating production storage and offloading (FPSO)
