Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para a posição de Head de Customer Experience.

Você liderará a área de Customer Experience da Turbi: desde o time de planejamento estratégico (projetos e melhorias para a área) até a equipe focada no atendimento aos nossos clientes.

Os desafios que irá encontrar na sua corrida diária serão:

  • Escalar o time de Customer Experience com foco em melhorias de processos, projetos e eficiência operacional.
  • Liderar um time multidisciplinar e diverso, garantindo o desenvolvimento individual e plano de encarreiramento dentro da empresa.
  • Criar e manter métricas de desempenho para medir o nível de atendimento aos clientes.
  • Colaborar com as áreas de Produto, Tecnologia, Marketing e Operações para garantir uma experiência do cliente integrada e consistente em todos os pontos de contato.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação na jornada do cliente, priorizando e implementando novas soluções.
  • Fomentar uma cultura centrada no cliente, incentivando todas as equipes a priorizarem as necessidades e feedbacks dos usuários em decisões e processos das áreas.
