Principais responsabilidades:

Acompanhar o engajamento dos clientes durante sua jornada e sugerir ações de melhoria;
Acompanhar em conjunto com o time de atendimento as informações que impactam na jornada do clientes, bem como aplicar pesquisas que auxiliam no diagnostico;
Participar do comitê de Customer Experience;
Fazer a interface com os times internos no Brasil e na América Latina.

Requisitos:

Experiência em Customer experience - jornada do cliente;
Experiência na metodologia NPS;
Inglês avançado;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em formato hibrido, sendo 2 vezes por semana na sede da empresa em Aphaville.
