Purpose of the Role:

The role holder is a strategic professional, responsible for representing the company and selling its products, services, and bespoke solutions in assigned Global Accounts and Regional Accounts.


The role holder will have a technical understanding of BT's portfolio to be able to tailor solutions to customer requirements.


You'll have the following responsibilities.

  • To assist in forecasting business and market needs and may well operate on a Global company.
  • Develop and strengthen relationship either decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive local penetration at C/level.
  • Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms.
  • To understand customer requirements and offer bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute advance Solutions sales strategy for sales loyal and align plans for Global and Regional Accounts.
  • Achieving Sales Targets though building Pipeline.

You'll have the following skills and experience.

  • Work and learn independently and in Team.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • University degree.
  • Skills/Experience:
  • At least 2 year of Direct Sales successful experience.
  • Hunting Skills and attitude
  • Evidence of driving up revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sound technical understanding of BT's products and services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • English Fluently
  • Proven successful sales trackrecord.
