  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the account management team to achieve business objectives, enhance client relationships, and drive growth.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure client success and address any issues promptly.
  • Account Management Support: Work with the account support team to nurture existing client relationships, addressing their needs and offering ongoing assistance.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account activities in the CRM system, providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to effectively position our iGaming offerings in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Account Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the iGaming, online gambling, or affiliate marketing sectors.
  • In-depth Knowledge of iGaming: Strong understanding of iGaming products such as loterias, online casinos, sports betting, and player engagement strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, and internal teams in both written and verbal form.
  • Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated: A strong drive to meet and exceed sales and account management targets.
  • Analytical Thinking: Experience using data and analytics to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights for client performance.
