Job Title: Key Account Manager - Sports Betting

As a Key Account Manager - Sports Betting, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Key Account Management team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and driving customer retention and loyalty. Your primary goal will be to manage the team's performance, ensuring that key KPIs—such as customer retention rates, satisfaction levels, and active customer growth—are met.

You will develop workflows, monitor quality, and ensure policy adherence, all while analyzing VIP performance and implementing action plans based on KPIs. This role involves mentoring and developing team members, leading by example, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Key Account team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

• Deliver exceptional service to key accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

• Manage and mentor team members, focusing on performance, onboarding, and training.

• Lead by example, fostering a culture of dedication, professionalism, and high performance.

• Handle escalations and resolve issues for high-value customers.

• Develop and refine workflows and processes to improve service quality and efficiency.

• Monitor VIP performance, implement KPI-based action plans, and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Collaborate with internal departments to improve daily operations and customer experience.

• Approve budgets for Key Account-related events and gifting.

Qualifications:

• Industry experience, either in iGaming or Sports Betting.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Key Account Management.

• Native Portuguese speaker with excellent English skills.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and build trust.

• Ability to work under pressure and ensure team accountability.

• Data-driven with strong analysis and reporting skills.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering world-class service and driving business success through effective Key Account Management.

Compensation:

12k-16k BRL / month.

Benefits package which includes health and PTO.

Full time role.
