At EBANX, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way people buy, connect, and live globally. As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth with our Enterprise merchants, delivering exceptional experiences, and unlocking new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic commercial growth plans to drive Year-over-Year revenue growth with current strategic and enterprise merchants.
  • Build and maintain a trusted relationship with merchants, acting as their voice within EBANX, and effectively communicating their needs and priorities across internal teams.
  • Monitor, measure, and propose strategies to improve merchant performance, payment method optimization, market penetration, and brand advancement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize merchant satisfaction and reference ability.
  • Stay up-to-date with our competitive landscape and business strategy, and provide feedback to leadership on ways to optimize the sales cycle and enhance sales channels.
Requirements
  • Long-term experience as an Enterprise Account Manager or Business Development professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Must have experience in payments and a deep understanding of the merchant payment environment and needs.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
