Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at PUMA. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of monthly plans and goals with our key accounts, ensuring results within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Coordinate the receipt of sell-out and market share information from accounts, and analyze weekly and monthly sell-out to ensure action plans are in place to maximize results.
  • Brand Campaign Execution: Inspect all executions of brand campaigns, ensuring product deliveries are on time, in defined volumes, and distributed effectively.
  • Customer Service: Establish constant communication with the customer service team to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
Requirements
  • Advanced English and Excel Skills: Possess advanced English language skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Analytical Profile: Demonstrate an analytical profile with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience and Empathy: Show resilience and empathy in a fast-paced environment.
