Key Responsibilities

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing Suntory sales and commercial relationships with key global accounts, such as Carrefour, Casino, and Sams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing joint business plans with key global accounts
  • Managing sales and execution of brands in stores
  • Developing new channels, such as cash and carry and regional key accounts
  • Ensuring pricing and portfolio strategies are followed and executed correctly
  • Developing plans to improve brand presence and distribution across key global accounts
  • Managing commercial allowance and budget

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and experience required include:

  • University degree
  • At least 5 years in commercial roles, with experience in managing key accounts
  • Experience with consumer goods, preferably beverages
  • Understanding of tracking tools and analytical skills
  • High-level negotiation skills, with a win-win approach and a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Practical approach, focused on delivering results
  • Good understanding of brand building and trade marketing
  • Flexibility to find new solutions that guarantee good execution and achievement of objectives
  • Understanding of customers and the company's P&L, able to evaluate financial returns on plans and contracts
