About the Role

Sgf Global is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including directors and VPs
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Proven presentation skills, including confidence and comfort in front of audiences
  • Professional demeanor, ability to collaborate with and lead teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, sophisticated tasks and situations across multiple accounts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with development methodologies and technologies, including JavaScript, Java, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum
  • Familiarity with SaaS UX and navigation
  • Understanding of performance tuning and optimization
  • API-level knowledge of third-party applications
