As Latam Rider Pricing Manager for the Central Operations team you will play an active role designing, implementing and managing the incentives and pricing strategy to drive the ridesharing business growth across multiple territories in Latin America


You will work with our local teams crafting the roadmap for the next generation of marketplace pricing and incentives products, managing large investments and supervising the rides business performance in the region.

This role requires a strong eye for business, as well as analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense.

In this role, you will coordinate our (regional/local) operations and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies.

This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries.

We are currently operating in more than 300 LATAM cities, and we have a lot of exciting projects going on

This role calls for a combination of analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Outline and implement the incentives and pricing strategy in multiple LATAM territories according to the overall business strategy
  • Build and supervise metrics to ensure business performance and investments efficiency, and support our decision making process with a analytical approach
  • Drive data analysis and experiments to find opportunities to grow the ride's business in LATAM, increasing riders and drivers engagement with the platform through effective incentives and pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain close relationships with HQ product and local teams, assertively communicating and presenting ideas, findings and insights to assist and guide the decision making process, ensuring alignment with global business objectives
  • Coordinate projects with our crossfunctional teams to improve processes and tools, according to the overall investments strategy
  • Create dashboards and reports to regularly communicate experimental results and adhoc deep dives, and monitor benchmarks to support partners' decision making process

Data-Driven Mentality:Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture. SQL + Basic Statistics knowledge and a passion for data needed

Communication:English proficiency. Able to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner
