CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN:
- São Paulo, Brazil
YOUR MISSION: - Execute together with commercial team the management of customer orders, in order to achieve logistics daily production target.
- Prepare orders, packing lists and schedules to ensure delivery to the customer as requested.
- Control customers' specificities such as deadlines and markups, to ensure that what was negotiated with the customer is executed.
- Prepare product information lists and send it to customers, to contribute to the release of orders for the new collection.
- Design improvements in Customer Service processes, to contribute with daily routine efficiency.
- Supervise product return process, with the objective of contributing to the solution of customer's doubts and problems.
