The Red Hat Latin America (LATAM) Finance team is looking for an Account Support Intern to join us in Sao Paulo, Brazil. You will work on billing reports, the customer portal, and all the billing processes. As an Account Support Intern, you will also need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with other teams both inside and outside of finance, including the Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, Project Accounting, Sales Operations, and IT Support teams and product owners.

What you will do

Assist in the billing process, including issuing and recording invoices in the systems. Insert information into customer portals. Collaborate with the verification of documents and information to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. Support in the analysis of data related to billing transactions. Contribute to maintaining organized and updated records. Manage files Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Tax, Sales Operations, Revenue and Credit.

What you will bring

Advanced student in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics or related areas with at least 1,5 years to graduate. Basic knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel. Ability to communicate clearly and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work as a team. Knowledge of billing systems or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is desirable. Intermediate level of English, Spanish is a plus.
