We have an exciting and rewarding role within our LATAM Team as a Sales Representative. Expand our sales potential and create a strategic plan to maintain key relationships across the market. Dive into the fascinating world of Physiotherapy and Recovery Science, where you'll be instrumental in maximizing our market presence.

We're looking for a trained and talented clinician to support us in driving growth of our Physiotherapy and Recovery Sciences portfolio, including Shockwave, Laser, and NEMS solutions for MSK patients. With the unique opportunity to manage a large portfolio you will be trained on our range of clinical technologies and processes to support you in acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, offering insights and solutions to improve patient outcomes.

You will seek to establish and develop meaningful professional relationships with key influencers and decision makers to provide unrivalled customer experience, professional counsel in addition to leading the territory through the development of comprehensive business planning cycles to grow Enovis' presence across LATAM.

Reporting into the LATAM Business Development Director, you will be responsible for growing as well as supporting, maintaining, and supporting the Enovis product portfolio, across LATAM.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Clinical Collaboration

  • Build strong networks of relationships within key focus specialities that enable the identification of mutually effective opportunities to promote key technologies in the Orthopaedic environment.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to deliver business plan objectives, in line with company and portfolio strategy as a trusted clinical advisor and business leader.

Territory Planning & Management

  • Working with the Sales Director, analyse and interpret account strategies and plans utilising market and clinical data to gain a deep understanding of the business environment and insights into territory needs.
  • Use clinical expertise to present product/portfolio value propositions and customer solutions to positively influence clinical prescribing behaviours.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Distributors.
  • Identify and tap new business opportunities, emerging markets, build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the leadership team.

Professional Education and Marketing

  • You will help lead our customer education, partnering with internal teams to develop and maintain associated KOL relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree – In Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Sports Sciences, Biomedical, or Healthcare is mandatory.
  • Successful previous experience in sales , consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • 7 years experience in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Neurorehab, Orthopedic.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Travel Requirements:

  • Customer-facing role, with 60% of time spent in the field supporting existing and developing new Enovis customers.
