Responsabilidades e atribuições
Atendimento receptivo ao cliente:
Telefone; Whatsapp; Chat; Redes sociais via ZenDesk;
Agendamento de consultas, exames, cirurgias, retornos, vacinas e visitas para Pets internados;
Informações sobre Pacientes internados
Informação sobre preparação de exames e cirurgias.
Requisitos e qualificações
Disponibilidade para trabalhar 100% presencial;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos finais de semana (com folga ao longo da semana)
Conhecimento em informática;
Pacote Office nível básico;
Boa habilidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
Ter faculdade de Medicina Veterinária em andamento;
Saber lidar com um ambiente dinâmico;
Ser proativo.
