YOUR ROLE
  • Proactively leads the regional team to manage all opportunities, risks and volatility which may arise;
  • Challenges and enriches goals and strategies, incl. all short, mid and long term financial targets and any risk mitigation strategies;
  • Guarantees delivery of all regional targets through best in class execution of strategies and action plans, validated by the ONEGSC hubs;
  • Attracts, develops and retains the regional sourcing talent, is directly responsible for managing / steering all regional CTM's;
  • Identifies and implements best business partnerships, in close cooperation with the regional FP KAM;
  • Aligns and cooperates with RSR, contributing towards overall operational excellence;
  • Proposes, gets approved with management and meets the local / regional budgets according to FP strategy;
  • Provides adequate capacities to the Category Teams - detects, exposes and coaches talent for the global leadership "pipeline" of Function area.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Complete Bachelor and Post Graduation Degree;
  • Fluent English, both oral and written, Spanish is a plus;
  • 10+ years prof. experience in different roles, including strategicsourcing;
  • Business and end to end supply chains understanding;
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills / stakeholder management;
  • Passionate and strong people leader;Excellent management skills;
  • Agility, innovative and strategic skills.
