Position Overview
As the Senior Manager of Intellectual Property for the LATAM region, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of intellectual property law within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal guidance and support across various IP domains, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Leverage your comprehensive understanding of IP legislation applicable to LATAM countries to effectively advise the regional organization.
- Lead initiatives and demonstrate exceptional execution capabilities to achieve favorable results.
- Employ a proactive and pragmatic approach to address diverse IP challenges and related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders within LATAM affiliates to implement the regional IP strategy.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Law, with requisite admission to the legal profession.
- A Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Business Law is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Legal Advisor, particularly in IP-related matters.
- A proactive, practical, and solution-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Department Overview
The Senior Manager of Intellectual Property will be an integral part of our LATAM Regional Office, holding managerial responsibilities for IP and associated matters, and will be integrated within the LATAM Legal department.

You will have the chance to work alongside cross-functional teams and influence peers across LATAM affiliates.
