YOUR MAIN OBJECTIVE:
To identify and leverage opportunities for business growth and expansion.
You will be in charge of leading discussions around Water replenishment, Net Positive Water Impact, and Collective Actions with major companies in Brazil and of articulating the commercial strategy with different areas of the company (Climate Adaptation, Brand Marketing, Agronomy Engagement).
Key Responsibilities Understand the Brazilian market landscape, including customer needs, competitive environment, and regulatory framework. This involves conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understanding trends that can impact the business.- Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets or expand to existing ones within Brazil. This includes setting short and long-term goals and defining actionable strategies to achieve these objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive business growth. This includes identifying potential clients, pitching services or products, and negotiating contracts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities. Networking is a critical component.
- Work with different stakeholders to accelerate the incorporation of climate action projects within companies' sustainability strategies.
- Bring innovative solutions to the table and adapt strategies based on market feedback and changes.
- Support the Project Manager in the deployment stage when necessary. Requirements and competences to work with us Education Degree in business administration, commercial engineering, environmental science, or related fields. Experience At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles and/or new business development, managing the end-to-end process.
- Corporate experience in sustainability areas. Knowledge and Skills Advanced English proficiency and Spanish fluent (desirable)
- Experience in platform models (desirable). Competencies High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills as this is a 100% remote and multi-stakeholder job.
