Job Description Summary:

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results.

The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements).

Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Summary:

Responsible to lead their accounts of responsibility. Achieving business targets and meeting customer needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationship with different level of customer ́s organization
  • Understand key drivers/ objectives of the customer organization
  • Map Customer stake holders (CXO, Clinical, OR, Services, Sourcing) and crossover internal stakeholders
  • Map competition movements on that accounts (?)
  • Develop recurrent mechanism with customer (franchise view)
  • Articulate internally customers' needs
  • Synchronize delivery of customer requirements deliverables
  • Ensure franchise financial deliverables
  • Manage deliverables timeline and proactive raise hand to staff leadership as needed
  • Monitor customer metrics and raise during account planning actions required. Such as CCR%, WR%, CM% and trend
  • Transparency to customer of real capabilities and deliverables
  • Work in partnership and influence internal teams to synchronize delivery of customer requirements deliverables
  • Collection's escalation support (franchise)
  • Report engagement of available tools to customer
  • ACOS/ Concession avoidance
  • Past due accountability

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in.
  • Previous Experience in Healthcare Equipment Market
  • Knowledge in Brazil Market
  • Proven experience in Commercial and Sales roles (more than 7 years)
  • Strong Leadership skills (influencing teams and peers)

  • Fluent Portuguese
