Descrição do cargo:


O estagiário de sucesso do cliente será responsável por auxiliar na gestão e no relacionamento com os clientes, com o objetivo de garantir sua satisfação e sucesso com os produtos ou serviços da empresa.

O estagiário trabalhará em estreita colaboração com a equipe de sucesso do cliente, adquirindo conhecimentos práticos sobre as melhores práticas de atendimento ao cliente, resolução de problemas e acompanhamento pós-venda.


Responsabilidades:

  • Assistir a equipe de sucesso do cliente no gerenciamento de contas e relacionamento com os clientes.
  • Aprender e compreender os produtos ou serviços da empresa, a fim de fornecer informações precisas e relevantes aos clientes.
  • Ajudar no monitoramento e acompanhamento de métricaschave de desempenho dos clientes.
  • Apoiar na resolução de problemas e na identificação de soluções para atender às necessidades dos clientes.
  • Contribuir para a criação de materiais e recursos de suporte ao cliente, como tutoriais, FAQs e guias.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios de análise e feedback dos clientes para identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Participar de reuniões internas e externas com clientes, fornecendo suporte e documentando os principais pontos discutidos.
  • Manter um registro organizado de todas as interações e atividades relacionadas aos clientes no sistema de gerenciamento de relacionamento com o cliente (CRM).

Requisitos:

  • Estar cursando graduação em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com outros departamentos.
  • Orientação para o cliente e foco na resolução de problemas.
  • Capacidade de aprender rapidamente e adaptarse a um ambiente em constante mudança.
  • Boa organização e habilidades de gerenciamento do tempo.
  • Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de produtividade, como pacote Office ou G Suite.
  • Desejável familiaridade com CRM ou outras ferramentas de gestão de relacionamento com o cliente.
