Sua atuação será como Account Manager, com foco em Soluções em Cloud Microsoft e AWS no mercado Privado.

SUAS RESPONSABILIDADES SERÃO:

  • Realizar o atendimento Técnico Comercial;
  • Desenvolver planejamento estratégico para prospecção de clientes;
  • Desenvolver e aplicar o plano de ação para atendimento de cada conta;
  • Conduzir os trabalhos em equipe, em parceria com as áreas técnicas, financeira, administrativa e operações;
  • Conduzir processos de vendas junto ao mercado privado, atendimento de empresas;
  • Desenvolver plano de ação para atingir as metas, como: campanhas promocionais para cliente final, relacionamento com parceiros, realização de eventos, apoio à confecção de materiais de Marketing para fortalecer a imagem da empresa, bem como o aumento de share no mercado;
  • Realizar ações específicas com foco em projetos voltados a computação em nuvem na região Sudeste;
  • Prospectar novos negócios com foco em computação em nuvem e manter a carteira de cliente;
  • Elaborar propostas de contrato;
  • Analisar oportunidades;
  • Apoiar o cliente na jornada para transformação digital;
  • Realizar contatos de pósvendas para a manutenção do cliente;
  • Realizar o pósvendas para a manutenção do cliente;
  • Realizar outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo, de acordo com a necessidade da empresa.

PARA ISSO É ESSENCIAL QUE VOCÊ TENHA:

  • Experiência em vendas de serviços gerenciados em Cloud;
  • Conhecimentos avançados em Azure, AWS, Office e Microsoft 365;
  • Experiência em relacionamento com clientes.

  • Se você já tiver trabalhado como Account Manager em soluções Cloud Microsoft;
  • Se você conhece o portfólio dos parceiros Azure, AWS, Office e Microsoft 365;
