Must-haves - Proven track record in Cold Email Outreach for B2B settings - Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong Copywriting and Communication skills - Expertise in popular Email outreach platforms like Instantly, Smartlead, Mailshake, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Reply - Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting techniques - Proficiency in Software, Spreadsheets, Data analytics, CRMs, etc. - Ability to multitask without compromising quality, excel in fast-paced environments, and work independently in a remote setup Nice to haves - Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups - Background in B2B SaaS business - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous - Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Postgres, Python, Bash) are a plus What you'll do - Develop and optimize cold email campaigns for potential clients and partners - Craft engaging email content to drive interaction and interest - Analyze campaign performance metrics to enhance outcomes - Tackle and resolve email deliverability issues for maximum impact - Stay informed about latest trends and best practices in Sales Outreach and Email Deliverability - Manage e-mail infrastructure for clients and organize projects in Asana Desired personal skills - Clear communication of complex ideas - Innovative problem-solving abilities - Quick execution of technical concepts - Collaborative brainstorming - Critical thinking in high-pressure situations - Sense of humor Our current tools - E-mail - Notion - Asana - Google Sheets, Docs, Drive - Freshdesk and Slack About the interview - Consists of three main conversations spread over one to two weeks Meeting 1: Initial call to discuss experiences and interpersonal skills Meeting 2: Second interview with a problem-solving challenge Meeting 3: Interview with CEO Meeting 4: Final questions, introduction to initial projects, and company overview Meeting 5: Details on offer and reference requests
